As our Regional Manager – Craniomaxillofacial (CMF), you’ll take on a national leadership role, overseeing a team of Territory Managers across Australia and New Zealand. What You Will Do

• Lead a national team of Territory Managers across Australia and New Zealand, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Drive the strategic direction and execution of sales plans to achieve growth objectives.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key surgeons, hospitals, and industry stakeholders.
• Identify new market opportunities and implement initiatives to expand our CMF presence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer support and service.

Who you are – required experience

This role is only for experienced leaders from the medical technology, healthcare, or a closely related industry. If you haven't worked in or sold into hospitals, surgical specialties, or clinical environments — please don’t apply.

We’re looking for someone who has led sales teams before and knows how to coach, motivate, and drive results.

• Minimum 4 years' experience in sales management
• Proven background in medical technology, healthcare, or similar industry
• Track record of leading and developing high-performing sales teams
• Strong commercial mindset with a history of delivering business growth
• Exceptional relationship-builder and communicator at all levels
• Strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or related field
