WinnCompanies is looking for a Helper A - Local 1 to join our team at Trumbull Park, a 465-unit public housing community located in Chicago, IL.
In this role, you will perform maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, residential common areas, office, grounds and parking lots.
Please note that the work schedule is as follows: Monday through Friday, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, with on-call activity every 4 weeks. Additionally, the selected candidate will need to complete Local 1 Union training upon joining the team: this is a union position and will eligible for benefits provided by the union.
