Job Description
As a Clinical Application Specialist of Philips Image Guided Therapy systems you will provide clinical expertise through pre-sales presentations, product demonstrations, application training and handing over of company products. You will assist the sales staff in assessing the potential application of company products to meet customer needs and in preparing detailed product clinical specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications and solutions.
Job Description:
- Supporting Account Managers by providing clinical decision support for products and solutions, including sales presentations, product demonstrations. Support and advise the sales force during customer acquisition.
- Deliver high-quality clinical application training for healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal system usage and best-practice adherence.
- Collaborate with customers to design and execute customized training schedules and programs based on clinical needs and system capabilities.
- Train customers in applying the best possible clinical procedures and protocols to achieve optimal usage of the delivered equipment.
- Support product launches by providing clinical insights and leading product demonstrations or training as needed.
- (re-) Train hospital staff in case of new releases in the operating procedures of the equipment.
- Ensure that all customers are provided with high quality training.
- Responsible for delivering customized (competency based) training material pack – if / when required.
- Support user group meetings if / when required.
- Conduct regular visits to customers to obtain direct feedback from them about the quality of the training delivery and the customer satisfaction.
- Support and advise the sales force during acquisition.
- Stay "on track" with the new developments in the clinical application and operating field of the relevant equipment.
- Be aware and to always manage the safety standards required by the company, including radiation protection, health and safety regulations. In the event of hazards or accidents, to take immediate control of the situation and involve the safety advisor from the regional office.
- Ensure that all clinical applications training, with both new and existing customers, complies with the company's quality policy.
- Report customer feedback according to applicable quality standard policies and follow up on relevant assigned quality and regulatory training in a timely manner.
You are the right fit if:
- University degree in radiology technology, Allied Health Sciences, or related clinical discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Interventional Radiology or Interventional Cardiology.
- Proven experience in delivering clinical training, ideally in a hospital or medical technology setting.
- Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Effective presenter with the ability to convey complex clinical concepts clearly.
- Collaborative team player, especially in cross-cultural and multinational environments.
- Willingness to travel within Türkiye or other countries in META as required by the role.
- Fluent in English.
Travel Requirement:
- Around 60-70% local travel and possible International
