The Graphic Designer is responsible for independently producing high-quality, on-brand creative across print, digital, experiential, and presentation formats. This role applies strong design judgment, brand understanding, and production expertise to support enterprise marketing, communications, and brand initiatives.

The Graphic Designer works collaboratively within the Creative Studio and with cross-functional partners, managing multiple projects while ensuring consistency, accessibility, and quality across deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce on-brand creative assets for print and digital advertising, presentations, trade shows, and marketing collateral.
  • Independently develop layouts, graphics, and visual systems aligned to brand guidelines and creative direction.
  • Translate content and messaging into clear, compelling visual designs.
  • Collaborate with producers, content partners, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive creative solutions.
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite and approved AI-assisted design tools to support ideation, exploration, and efficient production.
  • Apply sound design judgment to refine and finalize AI-assisted or exploratory assets.
  • Manage files, workflows, and production processes to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field and 4+ years of professional design experience in a corporate or agency environment. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree requirements.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong brand application, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, including presentation design.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $65,650.00 - $118,675.00
