We are looking for dynamic and analytical professionals from leading business schools to join our New Product Introduction (NPI) team. As an NPI Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven insights, supporting global product launches, and contributing to process optimization. This role offers exposure to strategic supply chain operations and cross-functional collaboration in a global environment.
Align product design and development processes with business objectives and market strategy. Manage product launch throughout sales and distribution channels. Prepare internal operations and partner organizations to support the new product, aiming to reduce time-to-market.

• In this role you are required to do analysis and solving moderately complex problems
• May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures
• The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
• Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor
• Individuals would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
• Make Analyze project and operational data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Support planning and execution of NPI initiatives across multiple geographies.
• Maintain SKU databases and ensure data integrity for new product launches.
• Collaborate with global teams to streamline processes and implement best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations.
