What you will do
Our primary objective is the growth of recurring revenue. The team manager role is a key position to directly lead a team of Lead Generation and revenue generation advisors focused on creating leads and sales. The team manager will be responsible for leading, coaching and driving the team alongside management of the workloads and development of staff.
- Managing workloads
- Meeting KPI’s
- Setting clear team goals and objectives
- Setting individual Sales targets
- Undertaking regular monthly individual 121’s
- Leading huddles in the office
- Involvement in presenting to leadership teams
- Direct & indirect coaching of the team
How you will do it
- Achieving team monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Achieving set KPIs
- Leading Lead generation and Resales
- Coordinating support with quotes and customer communications
- Championing key strategies/initiatives
- CRM of the complete sales process and opportunity pipeline
- Working closely with sales and service teams to generate/secure all potential orders.
- Working closely with Head of Department to drive growth and strategy

- Experienced in leading a team of lead generation and Resale advisors
- Telesales experience desirable
- Experience in pricing/bidding/communicating technical items
