Overview of the job

This role is that of a business analyst designated to working on P&G Health portfolio.

The role requires a good understanding of data processing, management and technical mastery in handling complex data-sets to drive business actions.

Stakeholder management, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Your team

This role reports to Senior Manager, Analytics and Insights and work closely with brand, sales and medical team.

Responsibilities of the role

  • Analyse data & provide insights into P&G’s monthly business process, based on both external data (e.g., market share, preference share) and internal data (e.g., sales data).
  • Being able to demonstrate, interpret, and analyse complex data from different sources and identify business opportunities to drive actions.  
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work within diverse organizations and teams
  • Innovation projects or market landscaping to tackle existing questions of business differently by external data, IoT, automation, etc
  • Take the initiative to use analytical methods to get insights from data that can be used.
  • Overall work would be an ideal amalgamation of delivering today and creating tomorrow
  • Work and engage with senior leaders/CXOs as part of your responsibility

Job Qualifications

Role Requirements

  • Have an MBA and well verse with data analysis, statistical models
  • Know tools for visualizing data like Power BI or Spotfire or Tableau
  • Statistical Package for the Social Sciences: SPSS or JMP
  • Be creative, come up with new ideas, take the initiative, follow through
  • Have good written and spoken communication skills, and be able to set priorities.
  • Should have prior experience of at least 3+ years in business analyst role (prior experience in pharmaceutical industry is a plus)
