Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will support Field Service requests across Latin America, ensuring Rockwell Automation can meet urgent customer needs. You will also focus on identifying process‑improvement opportunities and helping drive them through implementation. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver a great customer experience every day.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot customer issues with service mindset.
  • You will identify customer needs and respond according to the urgency and criticality of each request.
  • You will collaborate with team members to propose alternative solutions and meet customer expectations.
  • Provide support by phone, email, and chat.
  • Work with business process owners and specialists to identify and share best practices.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree completed or near completion (Engineering, Business Administration, International Relations, Public Relations, or related fields).
  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Fluency in Portuguese.
  • Advanced Spanish communication skills.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Experience assessing the severity of customer issues.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
