Senior Creative Designer
 

Location: Warsaw, Poland

We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Senior Creative Designer to help deliver compelling marketing campaigns and brand experiences across our global business.
 

You'll work across a wide range of channels and touchpoints, creating high-quality creative assets that bring our campaigns, products, and brand to life.
 

This is not purely a production role. We're looking for a designer who can contribute ideas, develop creative concepts, and execute work to a high standard across digital, social, web, email, events, and print.
 

Working closely with marketing, content, digital, and creative teams across the UK, Europe, APAC and Canada, you'll play a key role in helping us scale creative output, improve speed to market, and reduce reliance on external agencies.
 

Creative Design & Campaign Delivery

  • Design high-quality creative assets across digital, social, web, email, display advertising, presentations, events, and print

  • Develop creative concepts and visual solutions that support campaign objectives and strengthen the CMC Markets brand

  • Translate briefs into engaging, audience-focused creative that performs across multiple channels and markets

  • Support the rollout of integrated campaigns across all business areas

  • Create and adapt campaign assets for different regions, audiences, and platforms while maintaining brand consistency

  • Use AI-powered creative tools to accelerate concept development, asset creation, content adaptation, and campaign production workflows
     

Brand & Content Creation

  • Produce visually compelling content that helps simplify complex financial topics and engage a broad range of audiences

  • Support content creators, marketers, and social teams with design assets, templates, and campaign creative

  • Help evolve and maintain our visual identity across all customer touchpoints

  • Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and delivers a consistent customer experience

  • Explore new creative approaches and technologies that enhance content quality, efficiency, and engagement
     

Creative Operations & Collaboration

  • Partner with marketers, copywriters, designers, and stakeholders to deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail

  • Prepare and deliver final artwork and assets across digital and print formats

  • Maintain design systems, templates, asset libraries, and production workflows to improve efficiency and scalability

  • Collaborate effectively across global teams and contribute to a culture of creative excellence

  • Support the ongoing transition of creative production into the Warsaw hub, helping build a scalable in-house design capability
     

AI & Creative Innovation

  • Leverage AI-powered creative tools to improve creative workflows, increase output, and reduce production time

  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive design tasks and streamline content creation processes

  • Stay informed on emerging AI technologies and evaluate how they can be applied across creative and marketing functions

  • Use AI responsibly and in line with brand, legal, compliance, and governance requirements

  • Contribute to the adoption of AI-enabled best practices across the wider creative team
     

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in creative design, graphic design, or marketing design

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign creative, digital design, branding, and content production across multiple channels

  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

  • Experience designing for social media, digital advertising, websites, email marketing, presentations, and print

  • Experience using AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, or similar platforms to support creative development and content production

  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand design principles

  • Experience working within brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative thinking to projects

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluent English
     

Bonus

  • Motion graphics or video editing experience using After Effects or Premiere Pro

  • Experience building AI-assisted creative workflows or implementing creative automation processes

  • Experience working with global brands or international marketing teams

  • Experience within financial services, fintech, or regulated industries
