Cardinal Health is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Region Sales Director (RD) to lead our Extended Care business across the Northeast. This critical leadership role is responsible for accelerating revenue growth and expanding market share of Cardinal Health’s branded product portfolio—including incontinence, nutritional delivery, sharp safety, and skin wound care —within the Extended Care market (LTC, DME, Hospice, and third-party billers). The RD will lead a high-performing sales team, positioning the organization for success in a rapidly evolving healthcare environment. As a strategic leader, you will drive commercial performance, develop top talent, and cultivate strong partnerships while serving as a trusted advisor to customers across the extended care continuum.

Anticipated salary range: $198,000 - $230,000 (includes variable pay)
