Part Time Roster ( 30 hours per week):

  • Monday: 9.30am - 4.00pm

  • Tuesday: 9.30am - 4.00pm

  • Wednesday: 9.30am - 4.00pm

  • Thursday: 9.30am - 4.00pm

  • Friday: 9.30am - 4.00pm

As Concierge for the St Marys Branch of CommBank, you’ll be the face of CommBank & the first person customers speak with to assist them. To do this you’ll:

  • Greet each customer & clearly understand their enquiry, guiding the customer to the appropriate channel

  • Build personal connection with customers through meaningful conversations to enhance their experience 

  • Provide options for the customer through education & demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options

  • Be aware of movements within the branch, ensuring it’s running effectively & efficiently and that customers are satisfied with their experience

We’re interested in people who have:

  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional Customer Service ideally in Financial Services, Retail or Hospitality 

  • Excellent communication skills & display all the right behaviours to maintain an approachable & professional demeanour

  • The ability to manage customer expectations with a professional presence

  • A genuine interest in building a career with CommBank and improving the financial wellbeing and lives of our customers
