As a CER IT Analyst Infrastructure (m/f/*), you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Support enterprise level projects with dynamic complexity and varied requirements
• Collaborate with global IT teams, business clients, vendors and internal support teams
• Provide professional IT infrastructure support to our internal clients and leverage global teams where necessary to drive issues to solution

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:

• Bachelors Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution OR High School Diploma (completed and verified prior to start) and significant IT Professional Experience
• Proficiency in German
• Good level of English

Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience working with vendors, project- and infrastructure teams
• Experience in implementing IT Infrastructure solutions based on predefined designs
• Broad IT skillset in End-user services and infrastructure technologies with an emphasis on Enterprise Network infrastructure and IPT telephony
