What You Will Do:

  • SharePoint Site Development & Content Management: centralizing information and managing resources across the program.
  • Stakeholder Management: coordinating with stakeholders on routine program activities, such as the facilitation of change requests.
  • Communications & Content Development: drafting stakeholder communications, program status updates, and program presentations.


What You Will Need:

  • Business Analyst Experience: Strong business analyst experience, including but not limited to
    gathering requirements from federal acquisitions stakeholders and effectively communicating them to cross-functional teams.
     
  • General Project Management Skills: As the sole team member supporting the Program Manager, the candidate must be a self-starter and capable of managing the client and project, prioritizing and coordinating project activities, and providing strategic direction based on the client’s goals and any project challenges.
    • NOTE: As the sole team member, the candidate must also be capable of executing on project and program tasks (i.e., be a doer as well as a thinker/project manager).
       
  • Stakeholder Engagement Skills: The candidate must be capable of coordinating with stakeholders across the organization to achieve project outcomes (e.g., facilitating requirements gathering, working with federal acquisitions stakeholders to facilitate acquisition development and execution). 


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Federal Acquisition Experience/Expertise: Experience in, and/or a base level of knowledge of federal contracting (e.g., the proposal/acquisition process, contract types, Federal Acquisition Regulation).
    • NOTE: There are acquisition experts employed with Guidehouse who will be available to provide advice and guidance. However, they will not be directly supporting this client.
