Our IRP Energy Conservation team is looking for an outstanding Program Lead, IRP Residential Energy Conservation to join our fast-paced dynamic team. In this role, you will be accountable for the design and operational execution of geo-targeted residential energy conservation and demand response programs to drive results and optimize learnings to support Integrated Resource Planning (IRP) for Enbridge Gas.

What You Will Do:

  • Design, identify requirements (internal and external), and lead execution for geo-targeted energy efficiency and demand response program offers for the Residential market.

  • Determine appropriate delivery channels and facilitate the delivery of programs through delivery agent(s) as required, inclusive of managing delivery agent(s) to enhance results.

  • Forecast results and budgets for program offer(s) identifying and implementing opportunities for optimization.

  • Collaborate with Marketing team to identify requirements and associated budget to optimize promotion of geotargeted residential program offerings.

  • Engage with internal as well as external partners to facilitate effective operation of program offerings, leverage synergies and information with broad-based DSM programs, gain insights to support planning, program development and implementation, and support collaboration.

  • Evolve the offer and delivery approach over the term of its implementation to maximize results and learnings, inclusive of engagement with external evaluation contractor as required.

  • Support reporting on the residential program offers and results for regulatory/compliance requirements.

  • Provide support towards the submission of IRP related Ontario Energy Board (OEB) filings including drafting evidence and defense of regulatory filing materials.

  • Support execution of OEB decisions for IRP applications.

  • Lead consultation with external stakeholders on IRP residential program offerings as required

Who You Are:

  • Related university degree (preferred Business, Economics, Environmental Studies, or another related field).

  • Minimum of 4 years progressive business experience, preferably in energy conservation marketing/program design/execution and program management.

  • Project and budget management skills.

  • Strong communications and leadership abilities including change management.

  • Strong problem solving skills demonstrated through a proven ability to identify solutions to complex challenges.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills.

  • Organized and capable of balancing multiple priorities independently.

  • Customer and results focused.

  • This position operates in an office work environment with occasional travel.
