As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will oversee the execution of large and intricate technology projects, ensuring that they align with the established frameworks. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to manage project scope and risks effectively. You will also focus on driving profitability and maintaining high service quality while leading your team towards successful project delivery. Engaging with sponsors and proactively supporting sales through innovative solutions will be key aspects of your role, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials.
- Strong understanding of financial management processes and systems.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle Financials.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
