Job Description

As an Intern in the Investments (Private Equity) team, you will support the investment professionals across multiple stages of the investment process, gaining hands-on exposure to financial analysis and deal execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support financial modeling and valuation analyses for new investment opportunities;
  • Assist in preparing presentations for the Global Investment Committee;
  • Support the analysis of inbound opportunities;
  • Assist in coordinating due diligence processes for potential acquisitions;
  • Support the organization of internal materials and the monitoring of documents, proposals, and investment-related materials.
  • Assist with portfolio management activities, including:
    • Monitoring the financial performance of existing portfolio companies
    • Supporting periodic reporting, financial analysis, and KPI tracking;
    • Assisting with portfolio reviews, internal valuations, and ad hoc analyses related to existing assets.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics or related fields, with expected graduation in December 2027;
  • Knowledge of Corporate Finance, Financial Mathematics, and Accounting is a plus;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese, both written and verbal.
