The Vice President role is a senior organizational leadership position with accountability for strategic, enterprise‑level decision‑making and risk ownership across Alternatives NAV operations.
Key Responsibilities
Act as organizational decision‑maker for Alternatives NAV operations
Define and approve staffing strategies and hiring initiatives
Set and approve the target operating model and organizational structure within the firm’s risk appetite
Own First Line of Defense risk accountability for Alternatives NAV
Establish and reinforce a strong Risk Excellence culture
Provide senior oversight of audit, regulatory, and risk outcomes
Chair governance forums for delivery, resourcing, performance, and risk management
Engage with Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, and Audit as a senior business representative
Drive strategic transformation initiatives with appropriate risk governance
Experience & Skills
10+ years of Private Markets or complex operations experience
Deep expertise across Private Equity, Private Credit, and Real Estate
Proven experience making enterprise‑level staffing, organizational, and risk ownership decisions
Demonstrated leadership of managers and large organizations
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
