CASE Management Consulting is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to support DoD and Intelligence Community programs requiring Risk Management Framework (ICD 503) accreditation and security engineering expertise. The selected candidate will lead certification and accreditation activities, conduct security assessments, and support secure system architecture implementation within classified environments.
Your Impactful Duties:
- Lead Risk Management Framework (ICD 503) accreditation activities for DoD and IC information systems.
- Develop and maintain security authorization documentation (e.g., SSPs, SARs, POA&Ms) in accordance with government standards.
- Conduct security engineering analysis, vulnerability assessments, and risk assessments across complex systems.
- Design, configure, and validate security tools and controls within classified environments.
- Develop and execute certification test procedures, establish test environments, document findings, and provide recommendations.
- Interpret and apply government security policies, accreditation standards, and compliance requirements.
- Support secure system architecture design and implementation efforts.
- Provide technical security guidance to engineering teams and brief stakeholders on risks, findings, and remediation strategies.
Requirements:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of experience OR Master’s degree and 10 years of experience
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related technical discipline
- 10+ years of related DoD, Military, or U.S. Government experience
- 3+ years of experience applying Risk Management Framework (ICD 503) for accreditation of DoD or IC IT systems
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, security authorization profiles, and/or security administration of Unix or Windows (NT) systems
- Knowledge of Government security policies and familiarity with security technologies and auditing tools
- Experience conducting security engineering analysis across multiple information systems
- Experience developing accreditation documentation and maintaining security policies and procedures
- Experience performing vulnerability assessments and risk assessments
- Experience designing and configuring security tools and executing certification test activities
- Ability to conceptualize and implement secure system architectures
Preferred Skills:
- IAT II Certification
- Experience supporting Army TENCAP, Space ISR systems, or expeditionary ground station programs
