Job Summary:
The Service Admin associate, within Technical Service Department, is responsible for tier 1 customers support and related administrative work

Essential Functions:
Provide tier 1 administrative and technical support functions including, but not limited to:

  • E-mail and phone customer technical support for ZOLL products
  • Entry of customer reported complaint details into claim tracking system
  • Follow up to inquiries, and ensures satisfactory customer experience
  • Order entry/order processing
  • Invoice creation/invoice processing
  • Repair and contract quotation
  • Collection and handling of service reports
  • Schedule for service activities with Third-party service suppliers
  • Spare parts/inventory support
  • KPI report to Service Manager

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience in tech service administration or equivalent roles (> 1 year)
  • Fluent Italian for oral and written (communication with customers and Italian team) and very good English
  • Willingness to learn and open-mindedness
  • Attention to detail and well organized
  • Ability to work in a team and reliability
  • Sense of responsibility and diligence
  • MS Office suite knowledge

  • Salesforce SERVICEMAX knowledge
