The Global Supply Management (GSM) organisation manages the end-to-end supply ecosystem across raw materials and finished goods globally. GSM plays a critical role in ensuring supply agility, enhancing planning intelligence, and driving operational excellence across Levi's global supply network.

We are looking for a Supply Planning Intelligence Lead to guide GSM's next phase of AI-enabled and data-driven supply planning transformation. You will report to the Senior Manager – Global Supply Management and will focus on building scalable data and AI-driven planning intelligence capabilities. You will lead projects across data integration, transformation, and structured intelligence frameworks, connecting fragmented planning systems and ensuring faster, more accurate, and insight-driven supply decisions at scale. This position is ideal for someone who combines deep supply chain expertise with data engineering, advanced analytics, and hands-on experience in AI technologies.

AI-Enabled Supply Planning Intelligence

• Improve the design and deployment of AI-enabled solutions to enhance supply planning insights, inventory optimization, and decision intelligence.
• Build intelligent planning tools and applications that support scenario planning, root cause analysis, and operational decision-making.
• Translate complex supply chain challenges into scalable, data-driven solutions that improve planning responsiveness and effectiveness.

Supply Chain Data Engineering & Intelligence

• Architect frameworks for large-scale supply chain data integration, transformation, cleansing, and enrichment across multiple planning systems.
• Consolidate fragmented datasets across demand, inventory, capacity, production, and logistics into structured, usable intelligence.
• Build scalable data pipelines, data models, and analytical frameworks that ensure supply planning intelligence and predictive insights.
• Improve data quality, governance, and data architecture to support AI-enabled planning

Decision Intelligence & Leadership Support

• Provide structured insights and scenario-based recommendations to support GSM leadership decision-making.
• Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, relevant business insights..
• Support leadership reviews and planning discussions through data-driven supply intelligence and analytical storytelling.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in supply chain analytics, supply planning systems, operations planning, or supply chain technology roles.
• Experience with supply planning, inventory management, and supply network operations.
• Experience working with large-scale supply chain datasets and advanced analytical tools.
• Hands-on experience in data engineering, data cleansing, data mining, and data modelling.
• Experience applying AI or advanced analytics to supply chain decision-making.
• Experience working with planning platforms such as o9, SAP APO, or similar supply chain planning systems.

Qualifications

• MBA from top-tier institutes such as IIT / IIM or other leading Tier-1 schools.
• Academic background in Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain, Data Science, or Analytics.
• Experience working with Microsoft SharePoint, AI frameworks (LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, and AI copilots).
• Knowledge of machine learning, data science, or advanced analytics methodologies.
• Curiosity for latest technologies and the ability to translate technology capabilities into tangible value.
