Summary:
As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing and delivering comprehensive security services tailored to client environments. This role requires continuous monitoring and management to uphold protection standards, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and maintain operational resilience. The practitioner collaborates with various stakeholders to address evolving security challenges, adapting strategies to safeguard assets and support business continuity effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to improve security service delivery and operational processes.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their security requirements and tailor services accordingly.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM).
- Experience with access control frameworks and authentication protocols.
- Knowledge of security compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to design and implement identity governance and administration solutions.
- Familiarity with risk assessment and mitigation strategies related to identity and access.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address complex security challenges.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
