Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate marketing requests from various business units and ensure alignment across divisions

  • Execute marketing plans and activities to support brand development

  • Coordinate ATL & BTL advertising, media planning, and promotional buying

  • Support & execution on promotional materials for corporate branding, BU campaigns, and events

  • Ensure all marketing outputs meet MGM’s brand standards

  • Support marketing communications and uphold brand consistency

  • Maintain and update marketing collaterals, signage, and websites across departments

  • Execute advertising and branding projects from briefing to final delivery

  • Develop festive and promotional collaterals for ongoing campaigns

  • Liaise with agencies, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery


Job Requirements:

  • 1 - 2 years previous experience in branding and communications, advertising, gaming and non-gaming promotions in casino hotel

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field

  • Understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, social and digital media knowledge will be a plus.

  • Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English

  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Willing to work on shift, including weekends and overnight shift

  • Able to work under pressure to keep up with tight time schedule and maintain a positive, energetic attitude at all times

  • Organized with good attention to details, able to multi-tasking with time pressure
