Target Range:

90,000.00/Yr. - 125,000.00/Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

Manage respective area of accounting and finance to support CFO, Chief Accounting Officer, and Chief Investment Officer in oversight of accounting and finance functions related to operations, reporting, risk management, investment decisions, and internal & external reporting. 

Responsibilities:

  • Analysis and review of Axos Bank’s financial performance by collecting, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
  • Coordinate month-end and year-end internal and external reporting including management of key operational and technical activities.
  • Develop innovative and effective solutions to problems in financial analysis, reporting and forecasting through individual effort or as part of a team.
  • Develop and manage a team and it’s performing functions.
  • Maintain appropriate documentation required by SOX and continuality design and implement controls related to Sarbanes Oxley.
  • Research and maintain proficient level of technical expertise in specific areas; relied upon to deliver requirements for reporting and analysis
  • Manage requests for internal and external auditors and document company policies and interpretations
  • Create analysis models and other estimates to support regulatory requirements including fair value assessments
  • Support internal management reporting including transfer pricing, cost allocation and intercompany settlement.
