Job Description

  • Manage and operate hotel catering products across online platforms (e.g., Dianping, Douyin, WeChat Mini Programs, Ctrip Gourmet, Alipay), including product listing, promotional campaign execution, and daily content maintenance

  • Monitor and analyze operational data, oversee paid advertising campaigns, track performance metrics, and continuously optimize strategies to improve sales and exposure

  • Support platform partnership management, including coordination, contract administration, and performance tracking

  • Plan and execute promotional activities on e-payment platforms (e.g., Alipay, WeChat Pay), ensuring effective campaign delivery and ROI

  • Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by management

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Media, or related field

  • Familiar with online platform operations; relevant experience in F&B, hospitality, or e-commerce preferred

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

  • Good communication skills, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Good command of both Chinese and English
