Summary of Role:

Program Phoenix is a multi-year initiative that has been established to create a real-time enterprise built on a common data model, global processes, and seamless data flow, enabling operational efficiency and scalability. The Program will involve a green field implementation of S/4 HANA, PLM Team Center and CRM MS-Dynamics across five releases.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the E2E process design, build, test, integration of OTC (Order to Cash) value stream

  • Assist in the resolution of process and integration design issues related to Value Stream

  • Review plans and provide guidance to project team during build, data conversion, testing, cutover, and service transition to ensure a successful go-live

  • Design of the key OTC enterprise structure and master data objects specifically business partner

  • Provide delivery support and assist in resolving open SAP Solution architecture related risks and issues – by leveraging experience

  • Responsible for functional specifications, data conversion, integration specifications related to the order to cash value stream

  • Provide thought Leader, best practice, and Subject Matter Expertise within OTC, writing position papers and mentor, coach and upskill GFIT solution delivery team

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
     

Required Qualifications:

  • Overall experience of 10-15 years and Lead Solution Architect in Order to Cash role for at least 5-6 full life-cycle SAP implementations in an MNC including all phases (blueprint, configuration, training, cut-over and post go-live support).
    Implementation experience in the Hi-Tech industry would be an advantage
    Solid understanding of SAP S/4 HANA modules Sales and Distribution, Pricing, credit management, Logistics execution, Global Trade solution and Integration with Finance.

  • Demonstrate leadership in general, ability to identify priorities, ability to lead complex topics on a global basis, convince other

  • Design, implementation experience in one or more of the following areas SAP Ariba, SAP MDG, SAP Signavio, and SAP Plant Maintenance would be advantage

  • Experience in working with Agile or similar project management methodologies

  • Flexible to work across global time zones with onshore and offshore internal and partner teams

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, ability to engage and work in a global team

Expected Salary Range

$81,400.00 - $187,100.00
