Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Responsibilities:
1.Develop and implement product applications for existing KLA products to provide maximum value to the customer.
2.Troubleshoot the most complex problems and determine remedial actions required to resolve problems.
3.Respond to customer requests and provide the high quality support with effective communication
4.Must have a complete understanding of the customer's overall process and be considered an expert on a specific customer process module.
5.Analyze data on gap analysis and fab profile, and assist in identifying key sales opportunities with relative parties.
6.Communicate the technical requirements with divisions to identify the solutions.
Requirements:
1.MS / BS with 1-3 years’ experience of IC/mask manufacturing or equivalent combination of education and experience in engineering applications.
2.Possessing >2 years of KT relative tool set knowledge/experience is preferred.
3.Ability to set priorities and delegate tasks during critical situations where multiple issues must be handled simultaneously.
4.Demonstrated skills in conceptualizing creative technical solutions, documenting them, and presenting them to management.
5.Strong presentation, technical writing & communication skills.
6.Proficient in the English language.
7.Knowledge in defect detection, metrology, and yield management is a plus
Minimum Qualifications
Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
