Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As the Senior Business Analyst, Technology, you will act as the conduit between Technology and multiple business teams. You assist with our configuration and integration projects by eliciting and analyzing requirements, liaising between business and technical resources, and documenting business processes or systems and their integration. You must be able to quickly absorb new and different types of information, modify and adapt existing knowledge, and work in a changing and evolving environment, to ensure successful project delivery using an agile scrum methodology. You are a critical thinker who enjoys diving into the details and seeking to understand the “how” and “why”.

The Technology e-commerce team partners closely with various parts of the business to deliver the Arc’teryx digital customer roadmap from product merchandising to the completion of an online order. In this role, you will work with talented teams to deliver new systems and enhancements that will strengthen the eCommerce user and brand experience. We dig in and get to the root of the right problems and seek to be the most knowledgeable people within Arc’teryx to help the business be successful.Most new team members join between the start and midpoint of the range, where you can contribute right away while continuing to grow your craft, your collaborations, and your impact at Arc’teryx. This range reflects market alignment and the scope of the role. Individual pay is determined by your skills, experience, and level of responsibility.
