Essential responsibilities:
Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Oil & Gas market across assigned territories and key accounts;
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from early engagement to contract closure;
Drive account planning and customer engagement to influence project specifications and increase market share;
Coordinate closely with engineering, application, proposal, project management, and service teams to ensure technical and commercial alignment;
Monitor market trends, investment plans, procurement strategies, and bid opportunities to proactively position solutions.
Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (an Engineering degree is a strong differentiator);
Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within the Oil & Gas market;
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel and drive as required by business needs;
Strong understanding of O&G project sales cycles, procurement processes, and commercial practices;
Demonstrated experience managing complex bids, negotiations, and long sales cycles;
Advanced level proficiency in Portuguese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
