▪Successfully completed business/tourism studies or equivalent training

▪First relevant professional experience in project, travel or event management

▪Initial experience/points of contact with tourism processes is an advantage

DEINE AUFGABEN

▪ (Partial) management of (inter)national projects in the field of sports and group travel from the preparation of offers, comprehensive planning, preparation and implementation to follow-up

▪Project-related budget planning, calculation and billing

▪Organisation/coordination of service providers and trades with selective contract negotiations

▪Participant management within the framework of the projects

▪Cooperative work in the project team as well as guidance of the junior project leaders in coordination with the management

▪Further development of project content and contribution of creative ideas

▪Collaboration in the team on all marketing-related measures (newsletter, social media, print, etc.)

▪Willingness to take on tour guides and on-site assignments on weekdays and weekends
