工作职责

• 制定有挑战性和可执行的销售计划，和经销商及客户有效沟通，完成销售目标；
• 开发及维护医院客户，并通过学术活动和日常沟通，有效传递产品信息及相关服务等；
• 建立和维护与临床医生、学术带头人的学术合作关系，体现公司专业、创新、合作的学术形象；
• 掌握应有的产品知识及销售技巧，并不断更新；
• 了解竞争对手的市场状况，按时准确提交各项市场数据，通过分析销售数据和趋势，提出合理建议；
• 严格遵守公司的合规政策；
• 完成上级交予的其他任务。

职位要求

• 大学本科及以上学历为佳，医学或药学专业优先；
• 有医药、医疗行业相关的销售经验优先；
• 有良好的沟通能力和销售技巧；
• 积极进取，结果导向，有创新精神和合作意识；
• 专业自信，能够自我激励，不断学习；
• 能承受工作压力，具有吃苦耐劳精神。
