Job Description:

Job Summary

We are seeking a GBS Data Operations - Document and Engineering Data Analyst to join BP Business Sol (HC). This role focuses on optimizing document and engineering data processes within our accounting and finance operations, demonstrating digital automation and analytical thinking to drive efficiency and compliance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize accounting processes and financial data workflows, specifically related to document and engineering information.
  • Implement and monitor business process controls to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • See opportunities for business process improvement and digital automation within document and engineering data management.
  • Conduct in-depth analytics on financial and operational data, providing actionable insights to collaborators.
  • Prepare and give to financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
  • Engage with various collaborators across the organization to understand data requirements, provide support, and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure internal control and compliance standards are met across all data operations.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial competence in understanding the business impact of data operations and improvements.


Job Qualifications

  • Shown experience with accounting processes and financial operations.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in various analytics tools and methodologies.
  • Demonstrable experience with business process control and improvement.
  • Solid grasp of commercial competence and its application in a business context.
  • Ability to apply customer-centric thinking to data solutions and collaborator interactions.
  • Experience with digital automation technologies and digital fluency.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting standards and practices.
  • Knowledge of internal control and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent collaborator engagement and social skills.
