Job Description

As the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Lead, you will be part of our Global Supply Chain organization and report to the Director Global Demand Planning.  You will lead the development, deployment, and governance of global processes, standards and technologies aimed at achieving best in class IBP & E2E supply chain performance.   This role will work with leaders across Sales, Finance, Business, and Supply Chain functions to lead the IBP process to deliver optimized business results.  Additionally, this role will create global planning strategies that cut across all verticals and geographies to drive coordination, lean principles, standardization, and optimization to execute best-in-class E2E planning globally.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and facilitate the IBP process to deliver business results. (Revenue, Margin, FWoC, Cost)
  • Establish maturity standards and audit process to ensure all functions and stakeholders are continuously improving IBP competency
  • Lead the development and deployment of annual KPI’s and processes for each of the five steps of IBP
  • Work with company top leadership (ExCom/OpCom) to provide periodic updates on KPI progress, escalations, and change management to promote and evolve the IBP process
  • Oversee Tool (Kinaxis, PowerBI, other) and Process Development to enable our maturity evolution and enable IBP to be powerful, decision-making processes
  • Work across Business, Sales, and Demand to manage the New Product volume planning from early development stage gates through start of production.
     

Strongly preferred experiences and skill sets:

  • Experience successfully leading integrating business planning for a global, multi-billion, business
  • Functional expertise in End-to-End Supply Chain Planning
  • Strong results orientation (driving to deadlines, financial targets, project goals, etc.)
  • Demonstrated leadership in achieving shared objectives in a matrix organization, managing cross-divisional initiatives, and cross-functional teams 
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and partner with employees, leaders, clients and suppliers
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong customer orientation  
  • Strong financial orientation, interpretation and analysis skills required  
  • Highly organized, outcome oriented with excellent planning skill
  • Excellent leadership, presence, and executive communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Influencing and diplomacy skills with an ability to lead and drive change in a collaborative, positive way
     

Education and Experience:  

  • Bachelor in Business, Finance, Economics or Operations,   
  • 7-10 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning or Operations, Sales Operations, or Finance.
