About the Position:
The Channel Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing and optimizing paid lead generation efforts across job boards, digital advertising, and partner platforms. This role focuses on managing campaign operations, spending, and vendor relationships while ensuring accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting to drive qualified candidate and client leads. The Specialist collaborates with marketing and operations partners to maintain data integrity, maximize return on investment (ROI), and ensure all lead generation channels remain optimized, compliant, and aligned with company objectives. This position follows a night shift schedule and operates under a remote work setup, with some days required on-site.

What You’ll Do:
Compile and analyze performance metrics for both paid and organic lead generation channels, ensuring clear visibility into key drivers of engagement and conversion.
Track marketing spend across platforms and partner with reporting teams to ensure accurate return-on-investment (ROI) measurement.
Provide insights and visibility into performance trends and utilization across lead generation tools and platforms.
Coordinate vendor meetings, capturing key updates, action items, and campaign recommendations.
Produce recurring and ad hoc performance reports to guide optimization, scaling, and investment decisions.
Manage platform licenses, credits, and user access, reallocating as needed and identifying areas of underutilization.
Support internal enablement by organizing training sessions for new and existing team members on lead generation tools and best practices.
Execute, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across digital advertising platforms, collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders to achieve performance goals.
Optimize and maintain company profiles and listings to enhance visibility and drive qualified traffic.
Ensure attribution accuracy and data integrity within the CRM and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Conduct regular data audits to maintain clean, consistent, and actionable reporting across all lead channels.
Serve as the central point of contact for lead generation requests, campaign reporting, and platform access inquiries.
Collaborate cross-functionally to uphold data quality, tagging consistency, and compliance standards across marketing systems.
What You’ll Bring:
Three years of experience managing paid media, job board platforms, or digital advertising campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and marketing dashboards.
Experience managing vendor relationships and optimizing lead generation partnerships.
Knowledge of UTM tagging, lead attribution, and CRM/ATS data flow.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI or similar reporting tools.
Basic understanding of compliance regulations, including opt-out requirements and 10DLC for SMS.
Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job’s impact to the organization.
Work with electronic hardware and software applications specific to the role.
