Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly to support organizational goals. You will also participate in testing and troubleshooting to enhance application performance and user experience, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Must have skills • ACI Universal Payment BASE24-Classic Minimum 6 years of relevant experience is required Job Requirements: Key Responsibilities 1. The individual will provide level 2 level 3 support for BASE24 Applications 2. The candidate will perform configuration changes as required and provide on-call support 3. The candidate will perform preventive maintenance activities to ensure system stability, including certificate renewals and compliance with annual mandates from entities such as VISA, Mastercard, and Vocalink. 4. The candidate will support client change management process and activities 5. The candidate will support incident change and problem management activities along with break-fix support and stakeholder management 6. The candidate demonstrates the ability to work independently and has progressed to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME). 7. Contributes to resolving system-related issues by providing effective solutions and support within the BASE24 environment. Technical Experience 1. 6 plus years of systems engineering experience, specific to the BASE24 classic 2. Demonstrated expertise configuring Tandem subsystems 3. Must have COBOL85, TACL, TAL, BASE24 Classic knowledge. 4. Practical experience with Tandem utilities such as FUP, Enscribe, Batchcom, Spoolcom, XPNET, Pathway, Meascom, Peruse and TSS. 5. Have good knowledge on transaction routing, transaction authorization, ATM cutover, ATM balancing, configuration 6. Experience with Support and exposure to ITIL practices are preferable 7. Experience to work in Cards and Payments domain will be given preference Professional Attributes Good interpersonal communication skill is required Educational Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
