Handling, distributing food and beverage products. Receiving shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring the timely devilry of products to various department within organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Rotates inventory practicing FIFO (first in, first out)
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of warehouse and concession stands.
  • Product transfers: pre-event and during event, ensures proper storage.
  • Set-up and tear-down of portable concession locations
  • Follow and receive direction from Warehouse Supervisor
  • Assist with recording of monthly inventory.
  • Assist with the laundering of concession uniforms.
  • Assist with cleaning of foodservice equipment including fryers, grills, and other equipment.

Education and/or Experience          

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 6 months foodservice experience and/or training; fast food experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Skills and Abilities  

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide (basic mathematics skills).
  • Ability to communicate and execute instructions via radio (walkie talkie) Ability to regularly move and lift to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work within a “team” oriented environment.
  • Requires the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
