Summary: As a User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for creating an optimized user experience by analyzing the needs of target users and their task performance. Your typical day will involve designing digital graphics and interfaces to enhance user interactions and satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Design intuitive user interfaces to improve user experience. - Conduct user research to understand behavior and preferences. - Create wireframes and prototypes for user testing. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design solutions. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in user experience design. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Digital Graphic Design - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Interface (UI) Design - Strong understanding of user experience principles and design concepts. - Experience in creating visual assets for web and mobile platforms. - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite. - Ability to communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Graphic Design. - This position is based at our Manila office.
