What will you do? 

As a Finance Analyst at Johnson Controls, your responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and analyzing financial reports, operational reviews, and performance metrics.

  • Assisting in the development and management of budgets and forecasts.

  • Providing actionable insights through trend analysis and variance analysis.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data collection and reporting.

  • Supporting financial planning activities and contributing to process improvements.

  • Preparing presentations and reports for senior management.

What are we looking for?  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA) are advantageous.

  • Demonstrated experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting within a corporate environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data accuracy and decision support.

  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, including advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to various stakeholders.
