This is a non-union positionWe’re looking for an experienced and collaborative marketing professional to join our Marketing and Customer Insights team as a Senior Advisor, Marketing. In this role, you’ll lead strategic marketing and communication initiatives that support key business priorities across Enbridge Gas Distribution and Storage.
You’ll work with diverse partners across the organization to shape strategy, deliver integrated marketing campaigns, and continuously improve how we connect with both residential and business customers. Lead end‑to‑end marketing initiatives, from understanding business needs and developing strategy through execution, measurement, and continuous optimization.
Act as a trusted marketing partner to cross‑functional teams, translating business goals into clear and actionable marketing plans.
Lead multiple projects with a high degree of autonomy, setting direction, handling timelines, and ensuring high‑quality delivery
Oversee day‑to‑day marketing operations, including budgeting, procurement, contract management, and invoice processing.
Use insights and analytics to evaluate campaign performance and inform future strategies.
Find opportunities for innovation, process improvement, and value creation that enhance marketing impact across the organization
Ensure marketing materials and campaigns align with brand standards, messaging, and business strategy.
Collaborate with external creative agency partners to deliver high‑quality creative, media, and digital solutions across channels.

Related university degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field along with 6+ directly related experience
Experience leading and managing creative agency relationships
Proven project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
A strategic and structured approach, with the ability to bring clarity to complex or ambiguous situations
Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, balancing creativity with data‑driven insights
Experience influencing without formal authority and working effectively with senior leaders
Experience in the energy sector or another regulated industry
Knowledge of energy conservation programs or regulatory and safety communications
A demonstrated track record of developing and measuring marketing strategies that drive meaningful business outcomes
Primarily an office‑based role
Approximately 10% travel, mainly within Ontario
