Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Combat System Deputy Installation Manager
- Leverage ASW system expertise to oversee, guide, and advise ongoing shipboard installation projects
- Coordinate and oversee the implementation of engineering changes, including associated logistics planning and execution
- Promote workforce engagement and support effective team coordination across installation activities
- Support SQQ-89 system lifecycle sustainment activities and projects, including configuration management, material sparing, and logistics analysis
- Oversee testing efforts, including test planning and development of test procedures
- Conduct periodic site visits to verify installations are performed in accordance with approved specifications and standards
- Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency, streamline installation processes, and enhance installation best practices
- Support the management team with data analysis and preparation of responses and briefings for senior customers
Primary Responsibilities
- Monitor and control project execution in accordance with established cost, schedule, and technical baselines
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project completion on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contractual and technical requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by integrating installation and logistics functions
- Manage subcontractor interfaces, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, documentation accuracy, and proper execution of work
- Generate ad hoc progress, quality, status, and financial reports as required
- Provide management support to recurring business rhythms, reviews, and program activities
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors’ Degree
- 15+ years of direct ASW system experience
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
- Formal project/program/acquisition training through industry or governmental entities (i.e. PMI, DAU/DAWIA)
- Experience leading or overseeing multiple concurrent Alteration Installation Team (AIT) activities
- AN/SQQ-89A(v)15 Experience, Training, and Operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters’ Degree
- Prior Active Duty Navy Experience

Pay Range:
Pay Range $116,350.00 - $210,325.00
