Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries to deliver impactful solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, build, and configuration of SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. - Develop and maintain project documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries and SAP Integrated Business Planning IBP, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning IBP. - Strong understanding of SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries applications, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules. - Experience in leading the design, build, and configuration of SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries applications. - Solid grasp of project management methodologies and tools, including Agile and Waterfall. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
