The Emergency Funds & Fiscal Compliance Specialist manages the comprehensive financial administration, strategic assessment, compliance reporting, and advancement research for all student emergency funds and resource accounts administered by the Student Advocacy Center (SAC). A core objective of this position is managing a robust operational partnership with the Monda Student Resource Center (MSRC). This position works in tandem with the MSRC team and other university units to streamline emergency funding pipelines, establish multi-directional referral frameworks, and manage the triage and processing of financial allocations for students facing urgent essential needs gaps. This role operates independently within university internal controls and collaborates deeply with Student Financial Aid, Student Life Business and Finance, the Center for the Study of Student Life, University Advancement, and various campus and community partners.
