**This is an on-site role. Must be able to commute to the Philadelphia headquarters at least 4 days a week.

We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our Sales Technology Team. In this role, you will help build and enhance the technology that powers our sales and distribution processes. You’ll work on developing and optimizing Salesforce CRM functionalities, as well as integrating external data systems that support sales operations. You will play a key part in building scalable, efficient solutions that enable our sales teams to drive growth and streamline workflows.

As a full-stack engineer, you’ll collaborate with multiple teams across the organization, including sales, marketing, and operations. Your ability to communicate effectively and work in a cross-functional team environment will be crucial to your success.

The successful candidate is expected to:

  • Design, build and maintain scalable features for Salesforce CRM and ETL data flows (DBT, AWS, Snowflake).
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales operations, marketing, and architecture, to ensure that solutions align with business needs and technical standards.
  • Take an active role in ensuring the technical quality and performance of the systems you build. Participate in code reviews, write unit tests, and follow best practices to ensure maintainable, scalable software.
  • Work within an agile development environment, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews, while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of tasks.
  • Partner with internal and external business and technology teams to develop the digital vision and architecture that provides increased business agility, market responsiveness, and an optimal user experience for clients.
  • Mentor junior team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering, finance, or related field required.
  • 3-5 years of experience working in enterprise environments.
  • Strong proficiency in back-end technologies (Python, SQL) and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Proven experience with enterprise systems integrations required.
  • Proficiency in Git or other version control systems.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams and key stakeholders, as well as presenting to senior leadership.

Preferred experience:

  • Prior financial services experience implementing and integrating systems.
  • Experience implementing on and integrations with Salesforce CRM.
  • Salesforce, AWS, DBT, Snowflake certifications.
  • Ability to provide insight on strategy, updates and challenges to senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with sales processes, sales operations, and how technology can streamline and optimize these functions.
