Job Mission

We proactively enable business development & drive customer adoption of a tailored portfolio of sustainable ASML products and services by applying our industry product and process knowledge in a collaborative learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a scanner new product introduction project

• Translate customer’s needs into internal requests and drive the deliverables from headquarters

• Align strategies with business development/product team for demonstrating product value

• Take control of the project progress and allocate resource within the project

• Provide regular updates of project status for stakeholders

• Identify business opportunities and turn them into actionable plans

• Identify project risks. Define and communicate mitigation plans

• Pick up new knowledge, join technical discussion and decide direction based on engineer’s inputs

Requirements

• 5 years working experience in semiconductor industry

• Familiar with automatic process control

• Expressive; able to defend his point and handle confrontation when necessary

• Assertive; willing to make decisions and take consequent responsibility

• Experience in project handling is preferred

• Experience in leading a team is preferred

• Good English, presentation and reporting skills

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
