Site Initiative Execution Leader

Position Type: Managerial
Location: Mariscala, Qro
Work Hours: On-site at home and at the plant, 2 or 3 visits to the plant and with the contractor, and then occasionally.
Profile: Junior position in project management, preferably with knowledge in process engineering.
Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Description: This role involves managing projects from start to finish, aiming to optimize the entire process. You will be responsible for initiating the project and working on the continuous improvement of teams and processes.

Job Qualifications

Hard Skills:

• Junior project management (preferably with experience in process engineering).
• IWS (Integrated Work Systems).
• Zero-loss mindset.
• Basic knowledge of Office and project management tools.

Soft Skills:

• Proactivity.
• Teamwork ability.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience in project management in operational environments.
