他者から指示、指導を受けながら、医師、病院、医学研究所、代理店等を訪問し、売上目標を達成する。医療情報の収集に努め、医師、看護師等、医療従事者および医療関係者に対して、医療情報の提供を行う。既存の手順を活用して標準的な課題を解決する。調整を要する案件について、社内外の関係者と協力しながら対応する。

• Responsible for achieving revenue plan.

• Develops and maintains relationships with new and existing customers, KOLs and industry leaders.

• Maintains understanding of technology and competitive environment.

担当製品のテクノロジーや競合他社の状況理解に努める。

• Develops and adheres to actionable business plan

実行可能なビジネスプランを作成し、着実に実行する。

• Provides medical professionals with information and training on the use of Company products and with staff education, in-services, lab days and technical troubleshooting.

医療従事者および医療関係者に対して、当社製品の適正使用に関する情報やトレーニングの提供を行う。顧客からの苦情や製品クレームに対して、誠意をもって迅速かつ的確な対応を行う。

• Interfaces with all levels of the sales and sales management staff.

営業部門や営業管理部門の社員と協同しながら仕事を進める。

• Interacts with customers and assigned institutions, physicians and technicians, customer purchasing and administration.

担当エリアの医師、技師、購買関係者等の施設関係者と良好な関係を保つ。

• Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with vendors to develop effectively sales promotion.

代理店とパートナーシップを構築し、医療機関内にて効果的な販売活動を行う。

• Support all Company initiatives as identified by management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications/能力資格要件: Describe the minimum education and experience, including knowledge, skills and abilities, required to successfully perform the job.  List any certificates, license, and/or registrations required.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.

大学卒業あるいは同等の一般教養、社会常識を得ることができる社会人経験を有する。

• Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience

教育や過去の経験を通して習得した一般なビジネス知識を適用することができる。

• Minimum 5+ years of experience medical device product areas or related discipline, including direct experience in product sales.

医療機器分野または関連する領域で5年以上の業務経験を有する。

• Excellent personal computer skills including MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point.

Excel、Word、Outlook、PowerPoint等のコンピュータスキルを有する。

• Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.
