Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning programs that align with the organization's strategic objectives. This role will benefit from comfort in  facilitation across a wide range of topics, strong decision-making capabilities, and the ability to independently manage a learning function for a given business unit.

 

Key Responsibilities:               

Incumbent’s responsibilities – Work with leadership, partners and stakeholders to ensure that learning outcomes are driven as per business objectives. This includes managing relationships with business leadership and employees to understand their needs and constraints, working with stakeholders to ensure learning objectives are met, communicating with them to drive this change and demonstrating performance improvements through output and throughput measures.

·       Design and deliver engaging training programs on various topics to meet the needs of employees at all levels.

·       Conduct needs assessments and identify skill gaps to tailor learning initiatives accordingly.

·       Develop learning related pitches/ materials such as presentations, manuals, and multimedia visual aids.

·       Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and metrics analysis.

·       Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to ensure training initiatives support business objectives.

·       Stakeholder management, client calls and client presentations would be a critical role for this candidate to play, as our customers are spread internally and externally. Candidate should be flexible and be able to maintain continuum to client calls and collaboration platforms.

·       Make informed decisions regarding learning methodologies, technologies, and instructional techniques.

·       Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in L&D to continuously improve training programs.

·       Manage budgets, resources, and external partnerships related to learning and development programs.

·       Support organizational change efforts by providing training and resources to help employees adapt effectively.

·       Oversee MD&I budget requirements for all relevant capability development funding. Respond to reporting-related tasks and track spend on a monthly basis.

·       Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.

·       Program management of Niche/standard initiatives

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent ability to execute plans - Strong analytical skills planning and organizing capability
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Flexible in taking up responsibilities utilizing a variety of skills. Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Very Good oral and written communication skills required
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong conceptual skills – should be able to synthesize and develop training frameworks and content
  • Post graduate degree in HR or Management | Work Experience: 14+ years of relevant experience
