Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service execute service work with medium to high complexity in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Delivers quality customer service and contributes to custom-er satisfaction through professional technical execution, clear communication, and proactive service delivery. This role requires readiness for international deployment to support field operations across multiple regions including factory training, Australia/New Zealand, Pacific Islands operations, and other assigned territories.

You will be mainly accountable for:
Working with the customer (while on-site) to identify opportunities to improve the customer’s operations and eliminate pain points.
Performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products.
Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities.
Troubleshooting equipment/process failures, requesting proactive corrective actions, and making recommendations to avoid such issues in the future.
Qualifications for the role
Valid Electrical Workers license; unrestricted electrical work
Minimum 5+ years field service experience in technical service execution
Current HSE certifications relevant to position and industry
Technical certifications appropriate to ABB service categories
Proven experience leading or coordinating teams on service projects
Valid driver's license; ability to travel as assigned
Demonstrated technical problem-solving capability
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Experience managing sub-contractors or external service providers
