Summary:
As a Security Delivery Lead, you will lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets). You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects and delivering high-quality security services to our clients. Your role will involve managing the project team, collaborating with multiple teams, and making key decisions to ensure project success.
Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects
- Ensure the successful execution of projects within the defined scope, timeline, and budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project objectives
- Make key decisions and provide guidance to the project team
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project plans and timelines
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality security services to clients
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery processes and methodologies
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in security delivery
- Mentor and coach junior professionals to enhance their skills and capabilities
