Job Description

Ambarella is seeking a senior-level leader to own Microsoft 365, identity, endpoint management, email security, and collaboration services across the enterprise. This role leads strategy, administration, security, automation, and operational excellence for Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Jamf Pro, Proofpoint, and related platforms.

Responsibilities

•     Support cloud infrastructure and services across Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)..

•     Lead architecture, administration, and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related collaboration platforms.

•     Own identity and access management in Entra ID, including provisioning, deprovisioning, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, hybrid identity, RBAC, and lifecycle governance.

•     Manage endpoint and device platforms, including Intune and Jamf Pro, covering enrollment, compliance, patching, application deployment, and policy enforcement across Windows and macOS environments.

•     Oversee email security and mail flow operations through Proofpoint Online Protection, including filtering, phishing defense, DLP alignment, quarantine workflows, and policy tuning.

•     Monitor and respond to security events using Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, and SIEM/SOC tooling; drive alert triage, escalation, incident coordination, and threat detection improvements.

•     Design and maintain API integrations and automation across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, ITSM, HR, and security platforms using Graph API, REST APIs, and PowerShell.

•     Ensure compliance with internal controls and external standards such as SOX, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and HIPAA through auditing, documentation, and operational governance.

•     Apply ITIL best practices across incident, request, problem, change, and knowledge management; develop SOPs, improve service delivery, and mentor technical staff.

Qualifications

•     15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud services, messaging, identity, endpoint management, or enterprise security, including leadership responsibility for Microsoft 365 environments.

•     Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Exchange Online/Hybrid, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, hybrid identity, IAM, and enterprise collaboration services.

•     Strong hands-on experience with Jamf Pro, Jamf Connect, Intune, Proofpoint, CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, DLP, and endpoint or messaging security operations.

•     Experience building integrations and automation using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and workflow-based provisioning or administration tools.

•     Support cloud infrastructure and services across Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)..

•     Strong knowledge of compliance, audit readiness, and ITIL-based service management practices.

•     Excellent leadership, communication, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred

•     Microsoft exceptional experiences in enterprise administration, security, identity, or endpoint management.

•     ITIL Foundation or higher.

•     Experience in hybrid Exchange or complex global enterprise environments.

Education

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.

The base salary range is $228,000-250,000. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.  We also offer
