The Senior Manager, Customer Experience role reports to the Head of Digital & Customer Experience and its primary purpose is to reinvent customers interactions in the digital space, blending innovation with unparalleled customer satisfaction.

In this role you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designer,  Technology, Sales team, Operations teams.

This role offers the opportunity to be driven, curious, and genuinely excited about technology and to revolutionise the customer experience in the automotive finance industry.

Key Deliverables;

  • Develop and execute CX roadmap to embed customer experience into company decision making and service and product design.

  • Lead CX and UX research

  • Craft a compelling story and cascade customer insights across the business through different channels to infuse customer empathy into business DNA

  • Lead CX and digital projects, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and liaising effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Using Complaints, Customer Reviews and broader customer feedback, actively diagnose business pain points and ideate and champion business, product and process improvements.

  • Support the building and optimisation of digital channels by conducting user tests, managing CX projects, and measuring user experience

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualified in Business, Commerce or Finance

  • Postgraduate qualification in Business or equivalent – Desired

Experience

  • Ability to analyze customer research and analytical data and tell a story around it

  • Proficient in using VOC tools, user testing and analytics platforms

  • Understanding of user experience and user interface design principles to create customer-centric digital platforms.

  • Experience in a startup environment or within Financial Services (Auto Finance) desirable

  • Previous hands on experience in Financial Services – highly desirable

  • Excellent communication and writing skills to build a compelling customer story

  • Familiarity with B2B experience management

  • Strong motivation, energy, and problem-solving skills

  • Dynamic self-starter and results driven
